0 / 60 property surveys · resets every hour

A lookup is one address or one ticker, surveyed. The meter counts attempts in a rolling window: an hour on Loep Pro, a day on Explorer. At the limit the meter stops and says when it resets; nothing is billed for going over, because nothing can go over.

What each plan meters

Each kind of lookup has its own window. Explorer counts by the day; Loep Pro counts by the hour. An attempt counts whether or not the provider answered, which is why the meter is printed here and on the account page.

What the numbers are

Read before paying

¹Everything Loep plots is research, never advice. It reads and shows its sources; it does not know your situation and never tells you what to do with a house or a ticker.

²The figures come from providers named on the disclosures page, each carrying its source in the margin, on a delayed clock. A number Loep did not read is an em dash, never a zero.

³Cancel any time from the account page. The month you paid for stays open, and nothing is billed silently: at the limit the meter stops and says so.

Questions

Asked at the bench

Is this advice?
No. Loep reads and plots. It never tells you what to do with a house or a ticker, and it does not know your situation.
Where does the data come from?
SEC EDGAR, Census ACS, FEMA NFHL, county assessor rolls, and a delayed market feed. Every figure carries its source. The disclosures page names each provider.
What does the trial need?
Nothing but an email address. Every new account starts with 7 days on Loep Pro, no card, then lands on Explorer, the free plan, at its daily limits.
What happens at the limit?
The meter stops and says when the window resets: an hour on Loep Pro, a day on Explorer. Nothing is charged for going over, because nothing can go over.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the account page, in two clicks. The month you paid for stays open.
