SHEET 00 · LOEP

See the ground under every price.

Loep reads the filings, the deeds, the census tables and the tape, then plots what it finds where a regular person can read it. A house, a ticker, a market cycle, surveyed to the last decimal.

Research, never advice.

SHEET 02 · MARKET RESEARCHSAMPLE · PLACEHOLDER CLAIMS

Headwinds, tailwinds, and the filings that prove them.

TAILWINDS · 2
  • Revenue grew year over year
Two fiscal years of the income statement, compared. The figures print beside the claim.
    10-K · ITEM 8 · SAMPLE
  • Operating margin widened
Margins move in points, not percent, and the change is stated as points.
    10-K · ITEM 7 · SAMPLE
HEADWINDS · 1
  • Share count rose
Dilution, read from the cover page and the equity statement of the same filing.
    10-K · COVER · SAMPLE
net: 2 tail, 1 head · unweighted

A full report from SEC filings and market data, with every claim linked to the page it came from. Unweighted claims get one tick each; Loep never invents a magnitude.

The route

How a survey is run

  1. 01

    Read the filings

10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4 and 13F, pulled from EDGAR the hour they post.

  2. 02

    Pull the tape

Prices, options, put/call and volume, on a fifteen-minute clock, never real time.

  3. 03

    Cross-check the census

ACS rent tables, FEMA flood layers and county assessor rolls, matched to the parcel.

  4. 04

    Plot the verdict

A mechanical signal with its rule shown, and an underwriting stamp you can argue with.

Questions

Asked at the bench

Is this advice?
No. Loep reads and plots. It never tells you what to do with a house or a ticker, and it does not know your situation.
Where does the data come from?
SEC EDGAR, Census ACS, FEMA NFHL, county assessor rolls, and a delayed market feed. Every figure carries its source. The disclosures page names each provider.
How is Loep pronounced?
Loop. Loep is the Dutch word for a magnifying glass, the loupe in the mark.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the account page, in two clicks. The month you paid for stays open.
